Henry Thom's Self Defense and Karate offers realistic self defense and karate programs primarily to business executives, professionals, business travelers, security personnel, and those serious individuals who are concerned with their safety and security and want to have private realistic self defense training or a private karate course on dealing with fear, threats, intimidation, physical attacks and improvement of self confidence.
